Ceremonial and events assistant (Home Based)

- Support the execution of all activities related to the ceremonial events of the Justice 4.0 Program, especially those that will be carried out with partner courts, ensuring that all actions are aligned with the schedules and objectives foreseen for each event, in collaboration with the Secretariat CNJ Ceremonial and Events;
- Support in the preparation and organization of documentation relating to agendas and events, such as traveler registrations, filling out forms, preparing spreadsheets, among other things;
- Assist in organizing meetings to align with the teams involved in the events to ensure that all ceremonial aspects are properly coordinated;
- Guide participants regarding the accountability procedure after the events, in close collaboration with the UNDP Project Management Unit;
- Have wide availability for national and international travel, to monitor agendas and events on site , as well as provide administrative and operational support for the implementation of projects, ensuring quality, efficiency and effectiveness, assisting in the business management of products developed within the scope of the Justice 4.0 Program ;
- Support the planning, execution and monitoring and evaluation activities of events, in conjunction with the management team, as well as maintaining updated files and records of event documentation, supporting related knowledge management and communication activities;
- Perform other tasks as required by supervision.

- High School Diploma required;
- A university degree in the areas of Administration, International Relations, Communication, Social Sciences, or related areas will be given due consideration, but is not a requirement.
- Minimum of 4 years (with completed high school) or 1 year (with Bachelor’s degree) of experience with ceremonial activities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to use information technology; It is

- Experience working with Public Authorities, especially in the area of Justice;

- Fluency in Portuguese;
