Task description
The selection process of the participating enterprises to the GSIV programme in Cambodia includes three steps (ii) the application period during which enterprises submit their applications to the programme; (ii) the shortlisting and the (iii) selection of the finalists. The Online Volunteer intervene after the application period, in the framework of the communication campaign on “applications trends”. The approximate timeline for this campaign is from 15 January 2024 to end February 2024. The goal of the campaign is to promote the nominating third parties and to shed lights on the key figures and outcomes of the applications received. The GSIV Team will analyze and extract key trends and data collected through the submitted applications; these key trends include figures and charts on the number of applications received, gender distribution, geographical distribution, sector distribution, distribution per revenue, per ticket size and funding raised to date etc… The Online Volunteer supports the GSIV Team in producing data visualization materials representing these key trends. The visuals will be used on UNDP communication platforms such as UNDP website, newsletters and social media. The Online Volunteer is in charge of:
– Designing and producing 6-7 creatives or visuals that would be used as social media content and/or integrated, as an illustration, in an article to be published on UNDP webpage;
– Designing and producing 6-7 eye-catching infographics to be used as content in UNDP Geneva newsletter, based on key figures and tables provided by the team.

Requirements
Required experience
– Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suit, InDesign or Illustrator or Photoshop, and should already have the relevant license/access to the software ( UNDP Geneva will not be able to provide the relevant license) ;
– Previous experience in graphic design (as an Online Volunteer or through formal professional experience as a graphic designer).
