Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Perform download the RFQ/BOQ from UNDP – FAO – UNDP – UNCHR and various non-governmental organization with the companies is registered.
  • Translating English to Persian descriptions of RFQ for submitting to rate receiver.
  • Preparation of the complete documentations for attending in the Bid Process Hard/Soft
  • Reads and respond the received emails
  • Attends in online meetings with customers based on their request.
  • Registering the company with the Non – organizations that is not register yet.
  • Preparation of soft system in excel sheet for the easiest way to manage the Bid time easily.
  • Preparation of the company expenses documents
  • Managing Stok database by adding and removing goods which inter to the stock and out form the stock through obtained documents.
  • Helping with Tax Payer in documents preparation of tax payments

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, Listen & Speak English fluently.
  • Ability to Computer programs MS – Windows – Ms Office – PDF – Internet (update package)
  • High Ability for verbal communications
  • Ability to fast typing Dari & English
  • Ability fast working in emergency working time
  • Ability to get fast and best decisions
  • Ability to adjusting in working environment
