JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set HR policy advice and develop HR policies, practices, systems and tools.
- Conduct HR compliance review.
- Aid the Senior HR Manager – Policy and Compliance with collaborating UNOPS activities regarding Protection against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse.
- Reporting, strategic input and action plan improvement.
- HR project management and HR technical supply to PCG.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law or relevant major
- 2 years of related experience at the national or international level in setting HR advisory services and/or managing HR processes or operations;
- Experience working within the UN system, international organizations or alike institutions is a distinct asset.
- Major experience is highly admirable.
- Outstanding interaction skills, capability to impact and motivate.
- Strong demonstrated experience conveying complicated messages orally and in writing to a broad range of audiences.
- Analytical, innovative and proactive, with high interviewing/information elicitation skills.
- Solution and client oriented.
- Full working knowledge of English is demanded.
- Knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage.
