DUTIES
The duties for Mid-Level Management Training Consultant are:
Training requires research:
- Perform a thorough needs assessment to identify skill gaps and training requirements among mid-level managers via quaternaries and other techniques. Meet with Senior Management Team and Extended Senior Management Team to provide the mission’s roadmap present and to get better understanding of the initial assessment findings
Curriculum growth :
- Plan a complete training curriculum that aligns with the identified needs and objectives of the organization. Should be run by Senior Management Team.
Training delivery:
- Run engaging, creative, and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to mid-level managers, using a variety of instructional techniques and adult learning principles.
Coaching and mentoring:
- Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to personal managers, focusing on their specific areas of improvement and professional growth.
Internship evaluation:
- Develop and assist evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness and impact of the training programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Documentation and reporting:
- Prepare extensive reports, including training materials, participant feedback, evaluation results, and recommendations for further improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements for Mid-Level Management Training Consultant are:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in organizational psychology, human resources, business administration, or a connected major. HR certificate is a plus.
- 10+ years of background as a training consultant, with a focus on mid-level management development and leadership training.
- Illustrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs using a variety of instructional techniques and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Proven capability to provide personalized coaching and mentoring to individuals, enabling them to enhance their leadership and managerial capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and facilitate discussions effectively.
- Analytical and evaluation skills:
- Mastership in setting assessment tools, analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive reports to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
