UNDP Programme is well arranged and manifestly images Albania’s improvement priorities articulated in the National Strategy for Development and Integration as well as in the Albania-United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework 2022-2026. Our Programme is alike to the UNDP Global Strategic Plan. It is contributed towards the European Union Integration Agenda through several European Union acquis chapters. The Programme contributes to the goals of several Sustainable Development Goals. Furthermore, Drawing on its reputation and strength as a UN system integrator for Agenda 2030 and trusted impartial partner, UNDP will set economic transformation and eradication of multidimensional poverty and establish systems that address risks of disasters and social injustice within the SDGs. In addition, The key component of UNDP’s means will be integration and innovation.


1. Nourishing coordination and networking help 

– Led a mapping of the services provided by the government and national/international CSOs including services specific to earthquake survivors to endow the referral system in the empowerment hub.

– Networking and liaising with provincial-level governance organisations and national/international CSO partners in Hatay

– Doctoring and apprising on inter-agency and coordination meetings held in Hatay

2. Furnishing support to the managing, monitoring and service delivery in the women’s commission hub in Hatay.

– Monitoring and monthly reporting on the assistance provided by the responsible party, physical conditions and the staff of the empowerment hub.

– Ensuring data collection and inheritor registries are being done accurately and timely in the empowerment hub

– Supporting the commission and awareness-raising activities conducted in the empowerment hub through coordinating with national and local counterparts including, the private sector, public institutions and CSO partners.

– Supporting the identification of neighbourhood leaders and monitoring and supporting their participation in the hub and possibly temporary settlement governance.

– Performing any additional tasks, as may be required by the UN Women’s Turkiye Office.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Psychology, Sociology, Social Sciences or a related domain.
  • At least 7 years of progressively accountable experience in humanitarian and/or crises context.
  • Experience in working on women’s appointment is a strong asset.
  • Background in working with CSOs is an asset.
  • Prior professional experience with the United Nations or similar organisations in this or a  related field would be deemed an asset.
  • Fluency in Turkish is a requirement.
  • Fluency in English is an asset
