JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Nourishing coordination and networking help
– Led a mapping of the services provided by the government and national/international CSOs including services specific to earthquake survivors to endow the referral system in the empowerment hub.
– Networking and liaising with provincial-level governance organisations and national/international CSO partners in Hatay
– Doctoring and apprising on inter-agency and coordination meetings held in Hatay
2. Furnishing support to the managing, monitoring and service delivery in the women’s commission hub in Hatay.
– Monitoring and monthly reporting on the assistance provided by the responsible party, physical conditions and the staff of the empowerment hub.
– Ensuring data collection and inheritor registries are being done accurately and timely in the empowerment hub
– Supporting the commission and awareness-raising activities conducted in the empowerment hub through coordinating with national and local counterparts including, the private sector, public institutions and CSO partners.
– Supporting the identification of neighbourhood leaders and monitoring and supporting their participation in the hub and possibly temporary settlement governance.
– Performing any additional tasks, as may be required by the UN Women’s Turkiye Office.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Psychology, Sociology, Social Sciences or a related domain.
- At least 7 years of progressively accountable experience in humanitarian and/or crises context.
- Experience in working on women’s appointment is a strong asset.
- Background in working with CSOs is an asset.
- Prior professional experience with the United Nations or similar organisations in this or a related field would be deemed an asset.
- Fluency in Turkish is a requirement.
- Fluency in English is an asset
