TASKS
The duties for National Field Officer at UNDP are :
- Humanitarian members help
- Humanitarian access data administration
- Top-quality help assistance to partners and facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing on humanitarian access
- Assures implementation of programme strategies focusing on achievement
- Group, including managing meetings (agendas and invitations), preparing documents and presentation, drafting minutes and following up on agreed action points.
- Partakes in effective information management focusing on achievement

QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements for National Field Officer at UNDP are :
- An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equal) in Political or Social Science, Law, International Studies or other relevant degree is needed or.
- A Bachelor’s degree in mixture with 2 additional years of relevant and qualifying experience in the field of humanitarian affairs will be given due consideration in lieu of the Advanced University degree.
- A minimum of 2 years combined background and/or academic experience working in civil-military affairs, and/or international relations or aid work.
- Background in humanitarian coordination, emergency preparedness and response, humanitarian project cycle (HPC), research, analysis and reporting.
- Background with humanitarian coordination.
- Background working with humanitarian counterparts and capacity building/training.
- Knowledge of humanitarian operations and principles, and advocacy.
