JOB DESCRIPTION
Below the overall supervision of the Senior Health Procurement and Supply Chain Management Advisor, the PSM Specialist) shall play a key role in the thematic area of health products PSM in providing advisory supply services to UNDP Country Offices (COs) implementing health and improvement programmes throughout the grant life cycle. The PSM Specialist develops a coordinate , client-oriented means consistent with UNDP rules and regulations, giving to the country team way and supply to the integration of capacity building activities. The PSM Specialist will work in close collaboration with COs, Regional Bureaus (including Hubs), Bureau of Management Services, Legal Office, Office of Audit and Investigations, Global Fund, GF/HIST and other health stakeholders (e.g., GAVI, GDF, WHO, UNICEF, WFP).

QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements for Procurement and Supply Chain Management Specialist
are as follows:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Procurement and Supply Management or relevant major.
- A minimum of 7 years (with Master’s) or 9 years (with Bachelor) of progressive related professional experience in procurement and supply chain management of health products incorporating at least 3 years of international experience.
- Fluency in English both written and oral.
