JOB DESCRIPTION
Performance of clinical care in WPE/SRH integrated center
- · Train daily duty roster and monthly work plan of WPE/SRH integrated center and offer to Health Manager, Program Manager (HHR) and WPE Field Project Manager.
- · Launches sexual and reproductive health care of girls and women in the center according to MOHS and IRC protocols.
Capacity building of the SRH team associates, local partner medical staff and government health officials
- · Command team members-SRH Nurses in their day-to-day activities and provide feedback to ensure grade work.
- · Command SRH Nurses in drug and commodities management.
Monitoring and evaluation
- · Manage data entry and analysis of monthly SRH activities and achievements in the standard IRC – Humanitarian Health Response Database.
- · Aid Health Manager/Program Manager to prepare IRC Global Minimum Health Indicators Report, Monthly Data Reports, etc.
Reporting
- · Supply regular, on time and quality monthly narrative report to Health Manager and Program Manager (HHR).
- · Aid Health Manager and Program Manager on preparation of donor, IRC in-country and HQ report as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered female medical doctor (M.B.,B.S.) with minimum 2 years’ background on reproductive care settings and clinic management
- Fortunate to person with experience on medical response to catastrophe and conflict affected area
- Acuity leadership skill and team management skill
- Robust mentorship in capacity building of team members and local partner staff
- Adaptable, flexible and mature in decision
- Good review , analytical, planning and reporting skills
- Have the ability and motivation to travel and work long continuous days in remote IDP camps/ remote villages in Buthidaung/Maung Daw Townships,Rakhine States
- Adequate English language skill (both oral and written)
- Adequate practice on MS package
- Knowledge of medical ethic, patient education and humanitarian principles
