Mission and objectives
Objectives: 1. To develop educational tools and training packages for the challenged people. 2. To create awareness and gather support for the cause. A R I S E (Act to Rise for Innovation in Special Education) is a Non-Profit organization creating, developing, promoting, and disseminating tools, technologies, teaching aids and educational resources for the differently-abled. A R I S E is a public charitable cum educational trust, founded in January, 2010, with its Registered Head Office at Chandigarh. Besides Chandigarh, we also have active operations in Hyderabad & Delhi, especially in terms of currently engaging approximately twenty volunteers. Since 2010, our volunteers have been actively engaged in the Education of blind students. V I S I O N “To uplift and empower the challenged sections of human society by developing educational packages and tools for empowering the challenged, thus, increasing their skills and employability”

At ARISE Impact, your contributions as Online Volunteers will support in transforming the lives of the disabled. We empower you to take ownership of projects and see your ideas come to life. As an Online Volunteer supporting human resources, you will be part of an inclusive team that creates immense value by understanding the staffing needs of the organization and plays a crucial role in the right volunteers hiring, which will directly affect the success of the organization in making a difference. We are recruiting Online Volunteers to help with the people with disabilities, HR team and the Hiring Manager works hand in hand to achieve the goal.

Task description
Specifically, the Online Volunteers will:
1. Assist the Human Resources Lead in Job Description (JD) postings once in a month and depending on the department’s request for volunteers, normally we post 3 JDs in 2 weeks.
2. The Online Volunteer will work with the HR Lead to email offer letters to selected candidates.
3. The Online Volunteer will be part of the HRs team in the recruitment process by creating the WhatsApp interview group.

Required experience
Must have prior experience (1+ years) in HR administrative work.
Associate degree or certification in HR (Bachelor’s preferred).
Accessibility to Computer/Laptop.
Good network internet connection, and familiarity with social media platforms in specific. WhatsApp and Skype are required.

The Online Volunteer should have the ability to communicate effectively and work in a virtual setting, efficient time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate, motivation/experience in working for/with persons with disabilities.

A collaborative do-er who motivates the team to deliver results.
