JOB DESCRIPTION
The requirements for Technical Advisor – WFP are as follows:
- Guide/facilitate extra technical discussions with stakeholders on the SAE notification findings and suggestions.
- Consultative meetings with stakeholders on the design of SAE feasibility/implementation phase.
- Expand/design a detailed plan for the SAE feasibility/implementation phase.
- Aid notion note/proposal growth for funding and resource mobilization as well as presentation to potential donors.

QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements for Technical advisor WFP are as follows:
- A vigorous portfolio of previous academic research work associated with the tasks outlined in this TOR
- A verified theoretical and practical background in mathematics and statistics at the Ph.D. level
- At least 10 years of postgraduate professional experience in statistics and small-area analysis
- Maintains experience to supply research advice on small-area estimates.
- Has in-depth knowledge of SAE in Indonesia would be an asset.
