Tasks of UN jobs 2023 – International Consultant:
- Help the three CoVEs of the Self Evaluation and Accreditation Report
- Deliver the inception report which incorporates the training plan and initial findings
- Design Quality Assurance and Accreditation training materials to be delivered to 100 participants from the administration team from three CoVEs and the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs including, Directorate of Education and Directorate of Labour and Social Affiars:
Concept Note- Training Agenda
- Training Presentation
- Pre and post assessment template
- Deliver the QAA training with the National Trainer (in Mosul and Baghdad)
- One-time QAA training (5 days long) in Baghdad for the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (20 parties)
- Four Times QAA training (5 days long per each training session) in Mosul for the Directorate of Education, and the Directorate of Labour and Social Affairs and CoVEs (total of 80 participants)
- Final training report after the fulfillment of the all trainings including:
- Pre and post examination result
- Gathered lesson learned from the participants
- Way forward (future plan to support three CoVEs for self evaluation and accreditation)
- Help the development of QAA team and Quality and Management systems in three CoVEs which includes the supporting of baseline assessment, self and external assessment, action plan and final accreditation report
- Provide final assessment and feedback for the QAA assignments

Qualifications of UN jobs 2023 – International Consultant:
Education
- Advance University Degree in the field of Education or other related field
Work Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of background in the field of QAA for TVET institutions is required
- Background in delivering the QAA trainings
- Background in working with TVET institutions within MENA region
- Prior experience in Iraq will be an asset
- Prior experience in UN agencies will be an asset
Language
- Outstanding knowledge of English is required
- Working Understanding in Arabic will be an asset
