- Translate the whole substantive text provided from English to French of each of the selected Curriculum modules ensuring logical flow, accuracy in the use of the French language (spelling, punctuation, semantics) and grammatical style by re-writing any unclear sentences, run-on sentences, using plain language, and in general, revising parts as needed;
- Assure consistency of style throughout the series;
- Assure that the notes adhere to the United Nations language and style guidelines;
- Assure that endnotes, references and headings are standardized;
- Assure that figures, tables, graphs and boxes, where used, are standardized and accurate in terms of numbering and flow;
- Confer regularly with DPIDG officers responsible for the coordination of the notes for clarification if needed.
