Tasks of UNHCR jobs Geneva – Partnership and Coordination Service Intern:
- Launch background research on NGOs and key developments in NGO policies;
- Prepare and update NGO factsheets, including and updating key funding data;
- Draft and provide help with notes, meeting minutes, reports, talking points and correspondence;
- Provide help with design and layout of presentations, reports, publications and visuals for social media and events;
- Help the organization of meetings with NGOs, sending invitations, collecting registrations, liaising with participants and providing technical support during online meetings;
- Asset with updating content on the website, Intranet and Community of Practice;
- Provide any other help to the team as required.

Qualifications of UNHCR jobs Geneva – Partnership and Coordination Service Intern:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, International Affairs, International Development, Communications or any other appropriate field;
- Interest in forcible displacement and statelessness issues;
- Capability to work in English;
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Background in organizing events or conferences, including online events;
- Research, data analysis, data visualization, and information management skills;
- Very good understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Flexibility, teamwork skills, professional and personal integrity;
Desirable skills
- Understanding of French and/or any other UN languages;
- Background in preparing communication materials;
- Understanding of InDesign or other graphics design software;
