The Operations Manager (OM), who is in charge of the Team Assistant’s technical and professional growth as well as performance assessment, will be in charge of direct supervision. The Administrative and Client Support (ACS) staff at the Cote d’Ivoire Country Office is not complete without the staff Assistant. He will offer the operational staff administrative and client assistance. The position necessitates regular communication with other institutional units, personnel from other locations (both locally and abroad), government representatives, consultants, and outside groups.

The team assistant performs the whole spectrum of office support duties, including managing procedures and keeping track of deadlines connected to the output and duties of their team/unit. They initially function under strict supervision and direction and report to an office administrator, executive assistant, or office manager. They communicate often with team members at the team’s headquarters and in the field as well as with external counterparts and coordinate closely with service units. TAs can also be given responsibility for a particular area of the administrative duties of the unit.
Team assistants are able to work often and in depth in many languages, which includes translating and/or producing a variety of standard papers, using proficient grammar and proofreading abilities in both English and other languages, etc.
The assignment’s main goal is to offer administrative, logistical, and operational assistance to the Cote d’Ivoire Country Office of the World Bank.
