• Main responsibilities of the control room at night shift also will be responsible for days in weekends and all off-days.
• Proper monitoring of control room CCTV Cameras at night.
• Know the procedure of the alarm and how to take action on the office attack.
• Tracking of GPS at night in case you need the travel for any urgent purpose.
• Responsible for an emergency in case need any hospital needs.
• Good behavior with all international staff and awareness of all codes of conduct.
• Be alert in all security situations and have strong security analysis skills.
• Have close coordination with the security team and NPPF.
• Familiars with all security policies, SOPs, all security forms, and report writing.
• Closed coordination with night shift driver.
• Accurately filing security documents.
• Review detailed reports regarding incidents of theft, injury, property damage etc.
• Monitor all activities for unauthorized removal of property.
• Conduct regular risk assessments.
• Preparation of Accident Report in case any accident occurs.
• Ensures that standard procedures for all security-related issues are in place and periodically updated.
• The ability to prepare accurate records, and a range of other technical and soft skills.
• Conduct Internal Investigations as needed.
• Be available and “On Call” 24/7 in case of emergencies asked by GM Business Support.
• Maintain contacts with Police Districts and GDI agenda.
• Responsible for arrangement of vehicles at night shift.

• Proven experience as a security assistant
• Have the ability to work the night shift.
• Helpful, courteous attitude.
• Proficiency with computers, and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Experience with security equipment and surveillance systems.
• Managing the Security control room at the night shift and on weekends.
• 3 years security experience especially at night shift.
• Excellent English, Pashto, and Dari written and spoken communication skills.
• Intermediate level knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent report writing skills.
