Job Summary

Operation and maintenance of all 2G/3G technology BSS (BTS, Node B, E Node B) equipment in an area. Report on all aspects of the field on a daily basis and comments on GSM network related subsystem environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Prompt resolution of all service affecting issues within assigned responsibility.

· Under the direction of the local NOC, ensure that all related equipment and subsystems under stated responsibility are operated and maintained to meet company standards.

· Ensure that preventive maintenance is performed and completed for all applicable equipment under assigned responsibility.

· Operation and maintenance of all electrical cabinet equipment in an area. Report all aspects of the field on routine visits and comments on the environment of all electrical cabinet equipment.

· Liability for continued service affected by activities.

· Responsible for the physical condition of the building and equipment in the specified area.

· Meeting company targets for fault clearance times.

· Maintain mobile network performance standards at or above company goals.

· Perform on-call and emergency duties and will be readily available to perform such duties as needed.

· Execution of planned activities in live network like Threat Status TC/ Maintenance Time MDT.

· Ensures prompt resolution of all service affecting problems within the stated responsibility.

Job Requirements

Highly educated : able to read and write.

Work Experience : Having (1) years of work experience in the relevant field.

Other Skills :

· Having full competence in one of the national languages ​​(Pashto/Dari) and familiarity with the English language.

Competence in computer programming
