Job Summary

  • Corporate Sales Officer – in charge of achieving corporate sales monthly targets. Responsible for improving revenues by maintaining existing customers and adding new B2B customers.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for achieving business and sales objectives/targets.
    • Developing growth strategies and plans.
    • Increasing client and partner base and developing business partner’s ecosystem.
    • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and business partners.
    • Handle account management matters and be the point of contact for customers.
    • Build strategic account relationships (at all levels from Engineer to CEO) and develop new client relationships to achieve sales volume and profit goals.
    • Prepare proposals, and present solutions to customers.
    • Responsible for Enterprise Solutions deals such as (SIP Trunk, E1, Dedicated APN, SMPP, SMS Broadcast, Call Center, Toll-Free, Routing and Profit-sharing contracts)
    • Lead and work with various internal teams to formulate solutions and strategies to compete in a highly competitive environment.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre-sales, post-sales, and support resources to drive successful closure and implementation for customers.
    • Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
    • Report on successes and areas needing improvements.
    • Work with the team to develop proposals that meet the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
    • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
    • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
    • Attend industry functions like association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
    • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
    • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
    • Track, record and convert Business Development activities into sales revenue.
    • Understand the company’s goal and purpose to continue to enhance the company’s performance and meet the company’s financial KPI.

    Job Requirements

    • A diploma in A business-related course is preferred, and good skills or background in IT is required.
    • Previous job experience in selling telecom, internet, or similar products and services is required.
    • Good Knowledge of computer Outlook Email and MS Office applications.
    • Strong communication and selling skills.
    • Strong understanding of the institutional buying process.
    • Account planning and management skills.
    • Good presentation skills.

    • Strong commercial and analytical skills in competitive positioning of services to top accounts.

    • Able to work beyond normal work hours.
