About AKHS-A (Aga Khan Health Service-Afghanistan):
One of the most extensive private, non-profit health care systems in the developing world is Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS), which offers community health initiatives throughout a wide geographic region in East Africa and Central and South Asia.
Part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), the Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was founded in 2003. The Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS) offered by the Ministry of Public Health in Afghanistan are among the health care services that AKHS, A primarily delivers on behalf of the government. Offering vital health services across the spectrum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to hospital facilities with ISO certification, AKHS, A is exceptional in both breadth and size.
AKHS, A has been providing healthcare services in the provinces of Bamyan, Baghlan, and Badakhshan since 2003. Primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical treatment, nursing and midwifery education, human resources development, and hospital management are all included in the agency’s purview. The present mode of operation and function of AKHS, A in the provinces of Bamyan and Badakhshan as implementers of BPHS and EPHS. In addition to offering vaccination services, nutrition education, community health nurse and community health midwifery training, and technical assistance, AKHS, A also builds the capacity of health workers.
To continue providing supplemental and complementary support to the national health system, AKHS, A used funds from internal and external donors. Additionally, AKHS is a scale-up of AKDN innovations, such as cross-border agreements, e-learning projects, and e-health service extensions. AKHS, A is adopting net zero and greenhouse gas emission to create a healthy environment.
Job Description:
بازديد از پوستههای صحی يا( HPs) های مربوطه.
رهنمائی فعاليتهای CHW ها در ساحه کاری شان.
برگذاری Meeting با CHW های مربوطه.
اشتراک در مجلس کميته های صحی قريه جات.
جمع آوری تحليل و تجزيه راپورهای CHW ها.
سپلای ادويه از مرکز صحی مربوطه به پستههای صحی يا(HPs)
همکاری در امور ايجاد ترنينکها.
رهنمائي و کنترول از منابع اکمال شده مطابق به مدت تعیين شده.
ارايه تعليمات صحی به مراجعين.
تقويه سيستم ريفر مريضان از HPs به مرکز صحی.
اطاعت از اوامر و مقررات مرکز صحی مربوطه.
تهيه و تربيب راپورهای ادويه اکمال شده و مصرف شده از تمام HPs تحت مسووليت ايشان.
مسئولیت های بخش توبرکلوز:
تعلیمات صحی در سطح کلینیک.
آگاهی دهی کارکنان صحی جامعه در مورد توبرکلوز.
تشویق کارکنان صحی جامعه در واقعه یابی.
تعقب مریضان و ویزت خانگی مریضان بلغم( + ) که در ظرف 48 ساعت تداوی را قطع نموده اند.

مهارت:
آشنایی کامل به زبان های محلی (دری, پشتو و ابیزبکی)
