One of the most extensive private, non-profit health care systems in the developing world is Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS), which offers community health initiatives throughout a wide geographic region in East Africa and Central and South Asia.
Part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), the Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was founded in 2003. The Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS) offered by the Ministry of Public Health in Afghanistan are among the health care services that AKHS, A primarily delivers on behalf of the government. Offering vital health services across the spectrum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to hospital facilities with ISO certification, AKHS, A is exceptional in both breadth and size.
AKHS, A has been providing healthcare services in the provinces of Bamyan, Baghlan, and Badakhshan since 2003. Primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical treatment, nursing and midwifery education, human resources development, and hospital management are all included in the agency’s purview. The present mode of operation and function of AKHS, A in the provinces of Bamyan and Badakhshan as implementers of BPHS and EPHS. In addition to offering vaccination services, nutrition education, community health nurse and community health midwifery training, and technical assistance, AKHS, A also builds the capacity of health workers.
To continue providing supplemental and complementary support to the national health system, AKHS, A used funds from internal and external donors. Additionally, AKHS is a scale-up of AKDN innovations, such as cross-border agreements, e-learning projects, and e-health service extensions. AKHS, A is adopting net zero and greenhouse gas emission to create a healthy environment.

مراقبت ولادت نارمل و اختلاطات در جریان پروسه ولادت مطابق به معیارات اساسی مراقبت های عاجل ولادی (( BEOC
ثبت دقیق دوسیه ولادی ، پارتوگراف وراجسترولادی
ارایه خدمات اخذ و تطبیق خون به مریضان PPH شدید با مشوره داکتر معالج بعد از کراسمچ و توسط لابراتوار
مشوره دهی در مورد مراقبت های قبل از ولادت ،زمان ولادت ، بعداز ولادت ،تنظیم خانواده و چک کارت واکسینTT
اجرای معاینات مکمل قبل از ولادت (معاینات عمومی, معاینات بطنی)مطابق ستندرد
اماده ساختن گزارش ماهانه تنظیم خانواده . مشوره دهی مراقبت های قبل وبعداز ولادت . و استفاده روزانه از Tally Sheetو سایر فارمت های HMIS و ثبت دقیق در کتابهای راجستر
در یافت خانم های معروض به خطر و رجعت شان در صورت ضرورت به دوکتور
تجویز ادویه وقایوی مطابق پروتوکول برای خانم ها
تعین وقت ملاقات های بعدی و تشریح ارزش مراجعه دو باره برای خانم ها
تعلیمات وتبلیغات صحی مطابق نیاز در موارد (حالت حمل ، پلان ولادت ،علایم خطر، ملاقات های بعد از ولادت،واکسین ها وتغذی)
مشوره دهى مناسب و معقول براى استفاده از یکی از شیوه های مناسب تنظیم خانواده ودادن حق انتخاب به خود مشتری
مسؤل تطبیق ستندردهای وقایه ازانتان در بخش های مربوطه کلینیک (سامان الات و اطاق ولادت).
توزیع ادویه ومواد تنظیم خانواده برای استفاده کننده گان میتود های تنظیم خانواده
تطبیق و رعایت دقیق ستندرد های وقایه از انتان .
اشتراک مسؤلانه درپروگرام های جامعه عمدتأ نظارت از پوسته های صحی زنانه (CHW) و شورای صحی زنانه
همکاری با سایر بخش های مرکزصحی
سهم گیری فعال درتطبیق ستندرد های جدید بهبود کیفیت
Job Requirements:
Education: Diploma in Midwifery
Work Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in hospitals/clinics as a Midwife
Skill: Good communication skills in Dari and proven management ability.
General: Local resident of Bamiyan Province Can Apply.
