Responsibilities & Context
Dustha Swasthya Kendra (DSK) has been conducting developmental and socio-economic activities for the poor people in urban and rural areas of Bangladesh since 1988. DSK is certified by Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) (Certificate No-369). DSK has been running micro credit programs since 1993 in collaboration with Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), commercial banks and other donor agencies. DSK invites applications from eligible candidates for conducting loan program:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting loan operations as per the loan regulations of Dustha Swasthya Kendra (DSK).
- Prepare weekly, monthly, annual plans and submit to higher authorities.
- Supervising the overall operations of the branch, inspecting the work of the staff in charge of the branch, and assisting.
- Conducting weekly and monthly meetings and providing necessary guidance.
- Preparing, verifying and analyzing monthly reports in online based specific format at the end of every month and sending them on time.
- Selecting new workplaces through survey and admitting members through field screening.
- Ensuring lending by accurately completing 100% post-loan proposal verification.
- Ensuring correct posting of all types of accounts related to loan activities in the software.
- Maintain good relations with local administration and dignitaries and represent the organization.
- Adhering to the ideals, objectives, values and norms of the organization and ensuring a fair working environment in the office.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary and other benefits:
Salary and Allowances: Total monthly salary is Tk 40,200. Salary 33,600/- (Basic Salary 16,000/-, House Rent 75% (12,000/-), Medical Allowance 2,000/- and Traveling Allowance 3,600/-), and Other Allowances 6,600/- (Special Allowance 1,500/-, Field Travel Allowance 2,500/-, Mobile and Internet Allowance 900/-, Health Service Allowance 100/- and PF (Organization) Tk 1,600/-).
Other benefits: Bi Utsav Allowance, Baisakhi Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Earned Leave Allowance, Healthcare and other benefits will be applicable.
