- Minimum B.Sc. in Renewable Energy/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering with Renewable sufficient Energy training.
- A third division or GPA less than 2.0 is not acceptable in any examination.

Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- 05 years experience in Renewable Energy or Solar System projects and 3 years experience in senior management activities.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in NGOs in Rohingya camps, energy projects in rural and urban areas.
- Must have experience in maintenance of Solar Mini Grid and Nano Grid.
- Age will be relaxable for candidates with more qualification and experience.
Responsibilities & Context
Dustha Swasthya Kendra (DSK) has been conducting various developmental socio-economic programs for the poor people in urban and rural areas of Bangladesh since 1988.
At present, with the financial support of Asian Development Bank (ADB), qualified candidates will be recruited for the said position in 8 camps of Ukhia and Teknaf in Cox’s Bazar.
The duration of the project is till 30th April 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of project activities (lightning arresters, streetlights and nano-grid connected family).
- Providing technical guidance and support.
- Prepare operation and maintenance procedures and obtain donor approval.
- Leading community engagement and managing and maintaining community-based energy systems.
- Establishing, managing and servicing a one stop service center for grievance redressal.
- Establish regular coordination and communication with ADB, CiCs and DPHE.
- A mindset to work with people at the grassroots level including public-private organizations/institutions and civil society is a must.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary is Rs 1,10,500 per month. Mobile allowance will be applicable as per project budget. Income tax applicable on salary will be deducted at source.
