Education
- HSC
- Higher Secondary School Certificate from an accredited academic institution.
Additional Requirements
- Previous experience in international organization is an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure pre-consultation management (including waiting arrangement, queuing up) of the patients at IOM’s clinical service points in close coordination with Mobile Medical Team.
- Maintain patient triage during clinical consultation
- Ensure cleanliness of the office properly.
- Assist and support in data entry, recording and reporting.
- Collect and deliver mail/documents as assigned.
- Assist to the Programme team with other activities.
- Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
