Job Description:
- Identifying the processes of the organization and determining its monitoring and measurement indicators
- Proposing improvement solutions to the management for the effectiveness of the management system
- Encouragement and recognition of improvement activities carried out by employees or work groups.
- Promoting risk-based thinking at all levels and departments of the organization.
- Dividing tasks among subordinate employees and monitoring their activities.
- Receiving customer orders from the sales unit and continuous communication with the sales manager to meet customer requirements.
- Macro planning of production and raw materials and monitoring its implementation
- Determining the point of ordering raw materials and announcing to the warehouse or purchase unit.
- Supervision and cooperation in periodical reloading.
- Reviewing the status of achieving goals and plans related to the unit on a continuous basis through received reports.
- Identifying risks and opportunities related to factory processes and trying to control them
- Cooperation in developing the product quality plan, including production instructions, quality control and product maintenance
- Capacity measurement of machines and production lines
- Investigating the placement of machinery and material flow in the production process and cooperation in optimizing it
- Pursuing corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance
- Participation and support of employees in improvement activities.
- Examining the results of monitoring and measuring the processes related to the factory and taking action for improvement.
- Communicating with manufacturing or factory related contractors regarding product or service related requirements.
- Identifying production problems and providing solutions to improve them.
- Cooperation with the quality control manager to reduce production waste or product returns and improve the quality of products.
- Cooperation with technical and engineering manager to develop products and propose new products.
- Continuous monitoring of the production of quality products according to the announced production plan.
- Continuous monitoring of maintenance and repair activities of machines and equipment.
- Monitoring the entry and exit of goods from the warehouse.
- Identifying the training program needed by employees.
- Report to the CEO regarding product production performance, waste and product maintenance on a continuous basis
- Analysis of information and results of monitoring and measurement of production processes.
