WHAT WE DO:
Global Partners works in the areas of community development, education and training, health improvement, emergency relief, and refugee assistance.
Job Description:
- Check MUAC on all pediatric patients
- Check all children for edema
- Administer the appropriate RUTF/RUSF
- Identify those beneficiaries who do not respond to the treatment and manage their follow up.
- Follow up on absent patients to avoid default
- Educate patients on nutrition – Provide health and nutrition educations to the caregivers and beneficiaries on (breastfeeding, complementary feeding, and hygiene, prevention of illness).
Refer patients for in-patient treatment when needed
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of a Nurse or a Midwife program is preferred
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience necessary working with malnutrition patients
- Good communication skill both in written and oral in Dari
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others in a team environment
