HADAAF is a not for profit, nonsectarian and political organization established in March 2004 and registered with the Ministry of Economy, MRRD and the Ministry of Health. Since its establishment, HADAAF has implemented numerous short and long term projects in partnership with IMC, SCI, UNICEF, WHO, Swedish committee and Cordaid in Nuristan, Urozgan, Kunar, Laghman and Zabul provinces.
Overall Mission of the organization is to contribute in the development and rehabilitation of Afghanistan and empowerment of community to decide on what, where and when to do
HADAAF by having the team of expertise, field experience and capacity, is able to face any challenges, emerging in the scope of its activities.Key staff of HADAAF are highly qualified with vast experiences in public health, used to work with other NGOs in emergency and stable situation inside and outside Afghanistan. HADAAF strongly believe in strong partnership, cooperation and coordination, with the government of Afghanistan, Donors and humanitarian aid agencies, to reduce suffering and increased access to relieved status.
HADAAF by obtaining full ability to build adequate capacity for executing operational, Financial and managerial activities started its efforts for rehabilitation of Afghanistan’s health sector in capacity building and now actively involved in provision of health care services to vulnerable and deserved people in remote and insecure areas of Afghanistan.
