Responsibilities & Context

Scope of Services under this employment contract are listed below but not limited to:·

1. Network with government officials, NGOs, Tribunals and other relevant stakeholders to strengthen organization’s work·
2. Represent the organization in meetings with external stakeholders as required·
3. Liaise and network with a range of relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the care plans.·
4. Support in other additional tasks required by the management·
5. Develop and design prevention programs and initiatives based on research and best practices.·
6. Create detailed activity plans, including objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.·
7. Facilitate the implementation of prevention programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently.·
8. Prepare events reports and assist in preparing program reports.·
9. Develop and manage budgets for prevention programs, ensuring financial resources are used appropriately.·
10. Conduct assessments to identify community needs and gaps in existing services.·
11. Collect, analyse, and interpret data to monitor program outcomes and effectiveness.·
12. Engage with community members, youth group members, stakeholders, and partners to promote prevention programs and initiatives.·
13. Develop and maintain partnerships with other organizations, government agencies, and community groups.·
14. Advocate for policies and practices that support prevention efforts.·
15. Prepare reports and presentations in program activities, stakeholders, funders, and management.·
16. Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for staff, volunteers, and community members.·
17. Provide technical assistance and support to program staff and partners.·
18. Maintain accurate records of program activities, finances, and outcomes.·
19. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, funding requirements, and legal regulations.
