Job Summary
Kabul Skyscraper Services “KSS” is hiring Customer Service Point Representatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers or prospective client and inquire about client visit.
- Provide the customers or prospective client with requested and necessary information according the company policies and procedure.
- Provide service of Activation, SIM swap, contract change, and etc., to customers aligned with procedures and policies.
- Ensure that internal procedure is effectively communicated with customers in order to insure good quality service delivered in CSP.
- Receive filter and transfer immediate complaints to concern person or department
- Receiving and collection of payments for the transections, performing cash deposit on deadline and keep stock safe and out of miss calculation.
- Prepare and provide of cash and stock reports on daily weekly and monthly base to direct supervisor.
- Give customer information about the product and services of the company.
- Answering the client or customer’s questions about properly using or accessing a product or service.
Job Requirements
Education:
- High School Graduated Bachelor is preferred.
Job Requirements.
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service (preferable in telecom companies)
- Good interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
- Computer Working Skills (Microsoft Office).
- Required Languages (English, Dari and Pashto)
