Job Summary
A Cleaner is tasked with fundamental cleaning duties within and around a facility or office building. These responsibilities encompass tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and removing smudges from windows and doors. Additionally, the cleaner plays a crucial role in ensuring that restrooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Cleaning, Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of offices, yard, floors, kitchen, and stairs.
• Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Cleaning windowsills and windows
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals.
• Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
Job Requirements
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willingness to learn.
