Master’s Degree with graduation (hons) from a reputed public / private university (preferable discipline Public Health / Development Economics / Sociology / Population Science / Disaster Management / Anthropology / Geography & Environment / Urban & Regional Planning etc.)
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
Strong understanding of MEAL principles as well as of WASH program.
Skilled in using digital tools for real-time data collection.
Conducts regular field visits for insights and program improvement.
Efficiently handles multiple tasks.
Captures best practices and lessons learned.
MEAL Expertise: Proven experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Documentation, and Reporting (MEAL) activities particularly in WASH.
Data Collection, Analysis & Reporting: Proficiency in developing quantitative and qualitative reports, best practices, and conducting real-time data collection through KOBO Tool and skilled in data analysis through KOBO Toolkit and visualization using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
Technical Skills: Fluency in using Excel, SPSS, STATA, or other statistical analysis software.
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Field Experience: Experience working in refugee camp settings.
Community Engagement: Strong skills in community engagement and able to communicate in local language (Cox’s Bazar, Burmese)
Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and community members.
Cultural Sensitivity: Respect for diverse cultures and the ability to adapt to different working environments.
Responsibilities & Context
MEAL System Development and Management:
Contribute to the establishment and improvement of the project’s MEAL system.
Develop and implement effective monitoring tools to ensure high-quality project implementation.
Analyze MEAL findings and provide recommendations to inform decision-making.
Data Management and Analysis:
Gather, manage, and analyze data using KOBO toolbox and advanced Excel techniques.
Create visualization dashboards to support decision-making.
Conduct capacity-building events on data collection, monitoring tools, and reporting.
MEAL System Design and Implementation:
Design and implement MEAL systems, including qualitative and quantitative approaches for baseline, process monitoring, and outcome assessment.
Ensure gender-sensitive and disability-inclusive approaches are integrated into MEAL activities.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrate strong understanding of WASH, protection, and public health issues.
Possess excellent information presentation skills (graphing, charting, tabling).
Reporting and Documentation:
Coordinate and ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Capture success stories and best practices.
Develop event-based and periodic reports.
Facilitate meetings, awareness sessions, trainings, and workshops.
Assist in developing communication materials.
Fieldwork and Data Collection:
Conduct regular field visits to collect data for various reporting purposes.
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly progress reports.
Documentation and Advocacy:
Develop high-quality documentation, including case studies, e-bulletins, and advocacy materials
