Organization for People’s Health in Action (OPHA)

The Institute for Public Health in Practice (OPHA) is an independent, non-political, non-governmental, and non-profit organization established in October 2017 and officially registered with the respective Ministries of Economy and Public Health. The organization is committed to the development of Afghanistan and focuses on implementing projects in the health, social development, capacity building, and empowerment of women and youth.

The People’s Health Institute has provided valuable services in various sectors of health, nutrition, community development and research in Paktika, Parwan, Faryab, Paktia, Logar, Nangarhar, Laghman and Kunar provinces. Currently, this institute, in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Health, is providing health services to the honorable people of Logar, Nangarhar, Laghman and Kunar provinces. The recruitment process will begin after signing the project contract with the donor.
