People Empathy House Organization

People Empathy House Organization (PEHO) is a non-governmental not-for-profit organization. PEHO aims to serve the Afghan people and contribute to Afghanistan’s rehabilitation, particularly through the field of mental and physical health, and for the most vulnerable; this includes inmates, addicts, sex workers, the MSM community, and families or individuals who may find themselves at-risk or compromised. Our organization’s flagship program, The Khadijah Project, serves women-led families towards physical and mental health, and societal reintegration, with an emphasis on the urban poor.
