About Tawhid Social and Development Organization-TSDO:

The Afghan non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political autonomous organization is called the Tawhid Social & Development Organization (TSDO). Education, vocational training, agriculture, nutrition, peacebuilding, conflict prevention, advocacy, research, humanitarian aid, disaster relief, livelihood, and protection are among the areas in which TSDO has been offering services since 2010.

Any form of sexual harassment, exploitation, or abuse (PSHEA) of beneficiaries or staff is not tolerated at all by TSDO. It is everyone’s duty to protect children from child exploitation and SHEA, and TSDO is steadfast in its commitment to doing just that.

Evaluate the project’s information requirements and adjust the library’s holdings accordingly.
Assess and suggest additional purchases and subscriptions in accordance with project specifications and user input.

Collaborate closely with project teams to plan, coordinate, and lead workshops, seminars, training sessions, and meetings.
Create frequent reports for management on the activities, services, and progress of the library, computer lab, training, and meetings.

Requirements:

  • At least bachelor degree or equivalent related to public administration, social science, arts or economics.
  • At least three years extensive professional experience of social projects and project management preferably in the province and with multi-partners.
  • Good knowledge of Afghan culture, sensitivities, and ethnic structure.
  • Ability to travel to target provinces.
  • Good communication and reporting skills in local language and English, ability to communicate in both local language is an advantage.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office.
