About Le Pelican INGO:
Le Pelicane (LP) is a French non-political, non-governmental and non-profit foreign organization registered with the Directorate of NGOs of the Ministry of Economy under number (71) dated 7/7/1384 AH.
The project of this organization is to teach sign language to the deaf (Gange), elementary reinforcement education to poor and poor children from the first to the fourth grade in the way of course and care, and teaching the social way of life for children with mental retardation. The activity of the institute is located in district 13 of Kabul city (Dasht Barchi).
