• Conduct interviews and assessments to understand candidates’ strengths and areas for development.
• Provide personalized career guidance and advice to help individuals achieve their employment objectives.
• Offer guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and job application techniques.
• Assist job seekers in developing effective job search strategies tailored to their needs.
• Provide support and encouragement to individuals throughout the job search process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers, HR professionals, and industry partners.
• Identify job openings and employment opportunities within partner organizations.
• Advocate for job seekers and promote their skills and capabilities to potential employers.
• Review job requirements and candidate profiles to identify suitable matches.
• Facilitate introductions and coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
• Provide feedback and guidance to both parties to ensure successful placement.
• Assist employers in assessing candidate suitability and making hiring decisions.
• Coordinate offer letters, contracts, and other documentation as required.
• Follow up with both employers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process and transition into employment.
• Support initiating job placement programs such as job fairs, career talks, etc., tracking participant progress, outcomes, and program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports on job placements, employer interactions, and participant demographics.
