Duties
The A/V Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the Digital Communications Specialist, supervises one staff member (A/V Tech), and is the official Embassy photographer. The position is responsible for the production of all visual and multimedia elements of Mission public engagement, including design and creation of customized visual and multimedia content, which is disseminated online, in person or via traditional broadcast. Creates professional-quality graphics for all Mission outreach materials using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Responsible for post-production of multimedia content using Adobe Premier/AfterEffects or successor product. Analyzes national and regional digital trends and recommends innovative online engagement initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: This position requires a total of at least three years of progressively responsible experience in design, creation, and packaging of visual and multimedia content for digital marketing, advertising or mass communications purposes, including extensive experience as an advanced end user of industry standard desktop and mobile software applications, internet and related communications technologies, and integration of visual content into web content management systems.Education Requirements:
University degree (Bachelor’s degree) in design, information technology, engineering, communications, or business administration is required. Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Mandatory: Fluent Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. Fluent Speaking/Reading/Writing Bangla is required. This may be tested.
