Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field on Health Nutrition, WASH or poverty, justice and/or child rights issues.
- Experience working with GO/NGO/CSO/committee/groups towards addressing WASH issues.
- Managing Construction Work including planning, payment, monitoring and evaluation.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must have knowledge and skills of project implementation.
- Must have knowledge on child rights-UNCRC and child protection issues and existing law/policies and service provision and responsibilities.
- Ability to work in different target groups.
- Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.
- Ability to work with Government officials at Upazila level for Advocacy and Networking.
- Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
- Engage with children in safe and appropriate ways especially children in labour and drop outs.
- Engage with children in a way that enables their effective participation and can sensitively handle challenging behavior that may arise in a group setting, showing respect for cultural factors and practices.
- Knowledge and skills in creating an environment that promoted the participation of children, including the most vulnerable.
- Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license.
- Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities.
- Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel & MS Power Point.

Responsibilities & Context
Project Name: Project Blue Access
Project Duration: 16 months
Primary Purpose of Job:
To implement the WASH Project related interventions of the Area Program in accordance with project design for achieving the goal. This position is to assist in project planning, budget preparing, training & workshops facilitation, prepare all reports and document properly in relation to WASH Project in time and all other/support office required activities to ensure smooth operations in the project.
Key objectives:
• Act to achieve the project’s goals and outcomes by mobilizing local partners/stakeholders and other project resources in the working area.
• Implement the project in accordance with the standards of programming and the requirements of WV and the donor, including financial and M & E functions.
• Manages the relationship with local partners/stakeholders and government counterparts, ensuring that project objectives under which they are responsible are achieved, their field implementation is managed and coordinated.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the WVB.
• Strengthens relationships with partners.
• Conduct assessment, need analysis, Planning, implementation monitoring & budgeting as per project design.
• Contribute to reporting to WVB management and/or donor/s as needed.
• Capacity-building initiative for facilitators at the local level, as well as partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure that the community and key stakeholders aware of inclusive WASH and Hygiene behavior.
• Empower students to manage and practice WASH behavior and ensure access for Institutional water and sanitation.
• Effectively implement of Construction works community based, disable friendly, improve inclusive WASH block and mechanized water supplies facility.
• Facilitate networking for professional presentation, negotiation and motivation & management skills to influence WATSAN/WASH committee, CCMC (community group of CCs) and communication skills for resource tapping from others GO-NGO, partners.
• Established accountability complaint mechanism to ensure the quality works and transparent delivery to the community.
• Establish Health Education practices especially on SRHR for adolescents, student, teachers and SMCs.
• Encourage adolescent girls to reactivate their health.
• Maintain program accountability.
