DAI Global/Afghanistan Value Chains Program (AVCP) is looking for female apprentices for a brief apprenticeship program. This initiative intends to assist small and large businesses in meeting their need for a more skilled workforce across various industries, including dairy, honey, saffron, and carpet.
The program focuses primarily on female apprentices motivated to expand their skill set. These apprentices will be placed in an apprenticeship program with one of AVCP’s partner companies, where they will learn new skills and help those companies with their production. Apprentices will be paid a small stipend for the duration of their employment.

- Having a Tazkira (the national identification card)
- Good record of the restricted parties screening process (visual compliance)
- The candidate should be a woman and at least 18 years old.
- Commit to new learning and practical employment.
- Having a high level of commitment, motivation, and interest in crops or livestock value chains
