Under the direct supervision of EU4Recovery / RPP Procurement Specialist, the Procurement Analyst will be responsible for procurement issues. S/he will ensure administration, transparent and efficient provision of procurement services and processes of EU4Recovery the Recovery and Peacebuilding projects.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Procurement, Logistics, Management, Economics, Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering or other related areas,
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in related area with additional 2 years of relevant experience will be given due consideration in lieu of Master’s Degree.
Experience:
- Relevant experience, at national or international level, in procurement/supply chain, logistics or related areas would be an asset. Alternatively, if in possession of Bachelor’s Degree, minimum 2 years of such relevant experience is required.
- Working experience with UN procurement procedures will be considered an advantage.
- Prior experience with a UN Agency or International Organization in the field of procurement is highly desirable.
Required skills:
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and knowledge of automated procurement systems, experience in handling of web-based management systems.
- Knowledge of public procurement principles is an asset.
- Training and/or certification in procurement and supply chain management would be considered an asset.
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian (both spoken and written).
Professional Certificates:
- Professional certificates in Public Procurement would be considered an asset, but not a requirement.
- CIPS2 certification is an advantage.
