DESCRIPTION:

It is necessary to hire a student of Computer Science Engineering or Computer Systems Engineering at the Fifth year level or preferably with a Closed Pensum, to carry out tasks of Updating Drivers of different computer equipment, Configuring Outlook user profiles, Installation Office automation and teleconferencing software, Adding equipment to the organization’s domain (Active Directory), Reviewing Antivirus software configuration, all of these and other functions must be performed on-site and remotely, with the organization’s proprietary software. Adding equipment to the organization’s WIFI network, configuring network printers, among other functions with a high focus on good service to the end user.

FUNCTIONS:

Ø Add computers to the organization’s domain

Ø Configure other mobile devices such as phones and tablets, according to the organization’s requirements.

Ø Network printer configuration.

Ø Management of WIFI networks on the organization’s laptops.

Ø Installation and configuration of office software

Ø Migration of old user profiles to domain profiles.

Ø Provide respectful and cordial treatment to all end users of the organization

Ø Apply the entire set of good practices for the timely management and care of the organization’s IT and communication equipment.

Ø Guarantee confidentiality in the use of passwords and access provided for the development of its functions.

Ø Comply with all policies and standards of conduct and other matters established by the organization and which will be duly shared.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Fifth Year Student preferably with a Closed Pensum, majoring in Computer Science Engineering or Systems Engineering.

Ø Basic knowledge of WIFI network management

Ø Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user configuration.

Ø Basic knowledge in installation and configuration of office tools.

Ø Knowledge of Cisco VPN is desirable.

Ø Basic knowledge of PC preventive maintenance.

Ø Basic use of remote support tools such as TeamViewer, Anydesk, etc.

Ø With a high attitude of learning and service to users.
