- Assist in facilitating communication between the business areas and the project team, identifying inconsistencies in the information produced by the courts, as well as liaising with the necessary actors to sanitize the data;
- Assist in testing and approving solutions developed with the aim of resolving data inconsistencies, manually classifying processes and procedural parts to create predictive and/or classification models and produce statistics;
- Contribute to the development of diagnoses and analyzes of CNJ databases and statistics, as well as providing recommendations, proposing and approving, together with representatives of the business areas, improvements in processes in order to make them more efficient and, in this way, enhance the achievement of strategic objectives, reflecting improvements in project requirements;
- Contribute to the systematization of new methodologies and knowledge developed within the scope of the project, in order to facilitate the transfer of knowledge to the CNJ;
- Act in implementation activities, technical monitoring and qualitative monitoring of the products and goals foreseen in the project, as well as applying knowledge, information and best practices in accordance with the methodologies established by the CNJ and the UNDP;
- Support process and information management actions with a focus on actions developed within the scope of the project, as well as carry out missions, meetings and other activities to execute the action plan and technical follow-up and qualitative monitoring of the products and goals set out in the Axis under your responsibility ; It is

Required skills and experience
Minimum Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma required;
- University Bachelor’s degree in Law will be given due consideration but is not a requirement.
Minimum years of relevant professional experience:
- Minimum of 6 years (with completed high school) or 3 years (with a university degree) of professional or academic experience in the legal field.
Required skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to use information technology;
- Knowledge of the office package;
Desired skills in addition to the skills covered in the Skills section:
- Experience with the Judiciary System, preferably in the procedural area;
- Knowledge of TPUs – CNJ Unified Procedural Tables (class, subject, movements and types of documents);
- Knowledge of electronic process systems (PJe, eProc, Projud, eSAJ, among others);
- Knowledge or experience in the area of public management;
- Knowledge or experience in training or implementing judicial policy;
- Knowledge of legislative techniques and official writing;
- Experience in the area of project management;
- Previous experience in projects with judicial system databases will be considered an advantage.
Required languages:
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Proficiency in English will be considered an advantage.
