MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Information management:
- Design, manage and maintain the information management system (CommCare), IRC tools and databases for the implementation sectors in Colombia and Venezuela.
- Support the incorporation of technologies and tools according to the needs of donors, programmatic teams and the IRC Measurement Unit (MU).
- Provide training and technical support to the MEAL and Programs team in the use of new technological systems and tools.
- Train the MEAL team in the use and administration of information management systems and the creation of tools, guaranteeing the transfer, availability and support of key information within the process.
- In conjunction with the MEAL and Programs team, ensure that all data is collected and stored securely.
- In conjunction with the MEAL team, ensure the proper management of customer information through the validation of duplications and the identification of missing data and/or gaps in data quality.
- Socialize and provide feedback to the program team on the main findings that compromise the quality of the data for their respective correction and mitigation.
Analysis of data:
- Identify and consolidate the information needs of each programmatic sector to generate products that support strategic decision-making based on data.
- Process the data through specialized software for statistical analysis (Orange, Python, SPSS, R), once the data has been cleaned and validated.
- Develop Dashboards in Power BI to display the analyzed data of the interventions, customer profiles, among others; ensuring that they are updated and available for consultation by interested areas.
- Train the MEAL team, Programs and other interested parties in the use and navigation of the products and data analysis tools generated according to the specific needs of each one.
- Design manuals/instructions for guidance on the use and navigation of the products and data analysis tools generated.
- Conduct and present periodic analyzes to the program team on the main trends and findings in programmatic implementation and/or the population served. The frequency of these analyzes will be determined according to need.
- In conjunction with the other areas involved, prepare reports and/or products that are required for specific situations such as donor visits, internal visits, project design, among others; according to the requirements of each case.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration and related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in information management (collection, cleaning, analysis and visualization) of which, at least 2 years are experience working in NGOs.
- Strong background in application development at CommCare.
- High command of Power BI for the design, construction and maintenance of dashboards.
- High proficiency in the use of some statistical analysis tool.
- Advanced level of Excel management (Tables, Dynamic Tables, Power Query and Data Sources).
- High understanding of humanitarian principles and programming to support populations in humanitarian need.
- Strong writing and analysis skills for quantitative and qualitative information.
- Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, prioritize activities, coordinate multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Desirable: - Knowledge in GIS geographic information systems (QGIS- ArcGIS)
- Knowledge of spoken and written English.
