As an associate for visual products, you will work completely remotely, interacting daily with multidisciplinary teams and in close coordination with teams from the CNJ and UNDP. The working language is Portuguese; Knowledge of English will be useful for everyday activities such as reading documentation, carrying out research and using software independently. Your mission will be, under supervision, to support general communication activities involving visual elements. Together with the Knowledge Management team and in conjunction with the UNDP and the CNJ, the person will propose, produce and monitor visual and design solutions, contributing to projects and graphic products for physical products, websites/hotsites, social networks and other multimedia productions. You must act not only in the creative stage, but also in the following stages for coordination between actors, finalization, review and delivery of products. In your daily life, you will carry out the following activities, which must be aligned, as appropriate, with the CNJ Communications Office:
- Edit and support the completion of audiovisual materials (basic/intermediate complexity);
- Act in a coordinated manner with other program professionals who work in the design area, managing the workflow and deliveries of professionals with a lower hierarchical role placed under your responsibility;
- Develop and/or support visual solutions for graphic projects, visual identities, social media, audiovisual products, institutional materials, stationery products, presentations, event materials, web pages, physical environments, support materials, among others.
- Support in the management of image banks, logos and logo usage manuals relevant to the project (implementing partners, support entities, partner projects, among others, supporting the team and partners for correct use;
- Work in conjunction with teams from the program, CNJ, UNDP and partner entities, as well as layout artists, printers and other external actors for visual solutions as required; It is
- Seek to ensure the smooth progress and deliveries of visual products from partners, carrying out necessary monitoring and adjustments and carrying out other tasks, as required by supervision.

Required skills and experience
Minimum education requirements:
- Complete High School or;
- University degree (Bachelor’s degree) preferably in Multimedia Production, Audiovisual, Design, Social Communication, Advertising, Visual Arts or related areas will be given due consideration, but is not a requirement.
Minimum years of relevant professional experience:
Minimum of 6 (six) years (with high school education) or 3 (three) year (with an undergraduate degree) of experience in activities in the area of visual communication, with an emphasis on diverse visual production.
Required skills:
Experience in multimedia editing and/or graphic design, layout and editing of visual products (especially publications, printed promotional materials and social media);
Desired skills, in addition to the skills covered in the Skills section:
• Experience in animation, filming techniques and video editing programs (especially for social networks);
• Experience in photo editing, photography techniques and image management;
• Experience in slide presentation creation programs (PowerPoint, Prezi; Google Slides);
• Experience in graphic production in all its stages, from briefing and planning to the final printed/published product;
• Advanced knowledge of current graphic design practices and trends;
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills;
• Knowledge of management tools, such as Trello, Planner, etc.
• Experience working with public sector partners, especially the Justice System; It is
• Experience working on innovation, technology or digital transformation projects.
Required languages:
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Fluency in English will be considered an advantage.
