- Welcoming assigned clients at airport.
- Collaborate with clients’ US based ties to coordinate welcoming families.
- Providing direct core services as per donor guidelines in the Cooperative Agreements.
- This includes gathering documents; coordinating medical appointments; scheduling SSA, DSHS, etc. appointments; addressing concerns; communicating with whole resettlement team to ensure core services are met.
- Coordinate specialized service provision with other resettlement staff such as housing specialists, cultural orientation providers, job training and employment staff, among others.
- Using Integra system to record expenditures on behalf of assigned clients
- Using ETO case management software to write case notes and monitor clients’ progress
- Provide trauma-informed services to all RP and families.
- Attend team and office meetings, participate in collective team and office efforts, comply with all IRC and local office policies and practices.

- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Lived experience as a refugee or immigrant is preferred.
- In lieu of lived experience, experience working with refugees and/or immigrants; cross-cultural or overseas experience accepted.
- English proficiency, both spoken and written, and professional proficiency in relevant languages (i.e., Dari, Pashto, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Tigrinya, Arabic, Ukrainian, Russian) preferred.
- Fluency in Microsoft programs and familiarity with financial systems preferred.
- Effective time management skills and ability to focus and work productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle with current insurance and ability to travel regularly.
