PURPOSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in the registration and monitoring of regulatory (contracts and agreements), budgetary (commitment of funds) and financial (expenditure certification) information on institutional platforms, applying the corresponding standards and guidelines;
- Support in the control of loading movements of electronic cards and the delivery of these cards to families;
- Support in the review of budgetary and financial information provided by Cooperating Partners;
- Support in the management of the inventory of electronic cards that the CBT unit and other involved parties have;
- Support in the coordination of the sending of electronic cards, communications material and others, to field coordinators and Cooperating Partners;
- Support in the preparation of documents, such as Field-Level Agreements (FLA);
- Support the monthly reconciliation process;
- Participate in meetings, activities and other actions in accordance with requirements, as necessary;
- Support in the preparation of reports of activities or actions developed to keep interested parties informed;
- Support the incorporation of gender equality guidelines in all its activities; and
- Other related tasks/activities assigned by the Representative.
SKILLS
- Possess the ability to analyze and consolidate qualitative and quantitative information from different sources;
- Have solid attention to detail;
- Adequate verbal and written communication skills are desirable;
- Have social skills that allow you to establish adequate interpersonal relationships, as well as maintain a positive spirit in your work team; and
- Possess teamwork skills, inter-institutional coordination and document writing skills.
RATINGS
- Completed secondary education;
- University studies in economics, engineering, administration, finance, accounting or related sciences are desirable;
- Basic and/or intermediate command of the English language;
- Knowledge and use of computer and data processing packages such as Microsoft Office, Email, Database Management, etc.; and
- Candidates must be Peruvian nationals.
EXPERIENCE
- Have at least two years of work experience; and
- Previous experience in field work in response to emergency or disaster situations is desirable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
