Mission and objectives
Our mission is: To promote that domestic service work is carried out only by those of legal age to do so, and that it is performed efficiently and with respect for their rights. Our purpose is: To encourage girls in child domestic labor to be removed from this occupation by their families; develop personal and work skills of those who work in domestic service so that they can negotiate better employment conditions with recognition of their rights; Likewise, protect them from abuse and exploitation, carrying out social and political advocacy so that they achieve the full exercise of their citizen rights.
Context
AGTR is a non-profit organization with 34 years of experience on women domestic workers and child domestic labor issues. During these years we have received financial support from international organizations to carry out our activities with girls and women domestic workers. We are not a large organization, however, we have had a strong impact on the lives of more than 31,000 women domestic workers. Our Fundraising work is essential to continue our support for women and girls who work at home. That is why we need the person who wants to support us in this task to have experience in fundraising, development and project management.

Task description
The selected people will support the following specific tasks: (1) Identify and select the most appropriate fundraising strategies and tactics to achieve the established objectives, taking into account the available budget, internal and external resources, and the best practices in the sector to fundraising. (2)Preparation of the fundraising proposal. Please take into account the following points regarding coordination: During the assignment, volunteers will meet with a person from the AGTR team to share their experience in preparing proposals and projects. Meetings will take place twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) for one hour each (8:00am to 9:00am) via zoom. Coordinations by email or WhatsApp.
Requirements
Required experience
Academic level, university bachelor’s degree. He has worked for at least two years in non-profit organizations in the fundraising area. Extensive experience in the management and development of proposals and projects for NGOs. Kind, empathetic, who likes to work as a team.
Languages
Spanish, Level: Mother tongue, Required
