Context
We are preparing a training course for mentors for adults in the Scout movement. A course for mentoring adults in the scouting movement is crucial as it trains adults to be effective leaders, directly benefiting young people. By investing in mentor training, we are contributing to the education of young people and building a better future for our society. As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in creating a course aimed at adults in the Scout movement. Your task will be to narrate video lessons, each lasting approximately five minutes. These lessons are an integral part of the course and your voice will be the guide that guides students through the content. You’ll be bringing the material provided by instructional designers to life, adding depth and personality to the learning experience. Your narration will be the bridge between the content and the students, helping them understand and absorb the information presented. As the narrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the course message is conveyed clearly and effectively. This is a role that requires not only voiceover skills, but also an understanding of the target audience and course content. After all, you will be helping to shape the learning journey of other adults in the Scouting movement, teaching them to become effective mentors.
