Context
Facing the environmental agenda of the second half of the year, International Clean Air Day, Sustainable Objectives Summit, Climate Week, Forum of Ministers of the Environment, among other events, the UNEP regional office in Panama requires support additional for the generation of pieces for current dissemination channels: social networks and newsletter.

Task description
We are looking for two online volunteers, whose work will be under the supervision of the UNEP Communications Officer for Latin America and the Caribbean, to provide support in the graphic design of publications. We have a Canva account, so the selected person must have knowledge of this platform. Additionally, the selected person will help with the generation of texts to accompany these publications. The two selected Online Volunteers will carry out the following specific tasks: • In accordance with UNEP graphic guidelines, design cards for social networks and prepare the text that will accompany them on the dissemination channels. • Adapt design templates shared from UNEP headquarters in Nairobi for dissemination in the region. •Develop the design according to the agreed requirements. The design must follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online volunteer in advance. •Efficiently organize material produced in Canva so that it is easy to use/access for other team members.

Requirements
Required experience
• Minimum experience of 2 years as a professional in graphic design. (Verifiable experience through portfolio). • Experience in managing social networks. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Having a technical degree in graphic design or a related field will be an advantage.

Languages
Spanish, Level: Mother tongue, Required
English, Level: Fluent, Desirable
