Job description

CTG recruits, deploys and manages the right people with the right skills to implement humanitarian and development projects, from cleaners to obstetricians, and mechanics to infection specialists, we’re skilled in emergency response to crises such as the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Key to successful project delivery is the ability to mobilise at speed; CTG can source and deploy anyone, anywhere, in less than 2 weeks and have done so in 48 hours on a number of occasions.

Overview of position

Express of Interest – Contract Manager (London)

Role objectives

Strategic Contract Management:
Should possess the strategic mindset necessary to navigate complex contractual agreements.
This includes the ability to assess risk, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative contract solutions.

 

 

Leadership and Communication Skills:
Strong leadership capabilities and effective communication skills.
Must be able to lead cross-functional teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with all parties involved in the contract process.

 

Project reporting

Risk Management and Compliance:
Understands the importance of risk management and compliance.
This individual should have experience in assessing and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations, and implementing effective risk management strategies.

 

Contract Negotiation and Conflict Resolution:
Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
Should be able to negotiate favourable contract terms, resolve disputes in a timely manner and maintain positive relationships with all parties involved.

 

 

Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
This individual should be able to analyse complex contract terms, identify potential issues, and develop creative solutions to address challenges that may arise during the contract lifecycle.

 

Key competencies

Essentials

 

·         Able to attend meetings in London as and when required.

 

·         Must be a UK Passport holder.

 

 

·         Must be SC Security cleared (minimum), preferably DV cleared.
