Mission and objectives
The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) mobilizes and coordinates humanitarian assistance to people in need around the world.
Context
OCHA leads or supports the coordination of different coordination spaces, both national and local, within the humanitarian architecture that seek to guarantee articulated and efficient humanitarian action. In that sense, it is required that the information and recommendations handled and decisions made in each of these spaces circulate quickly and effectively between the different levels. To do this, attractive and easy-to-read internal communication products are required. *Important Note* This is a short-term, online volunteer opportunity. The online volunteer will support in their free time and for free. In recognition of the service provided, you will receive a certificate that validates your collaboration as an online volunteer and you will have the satisfaction of having contributed to the work of the United Nations, while developing your skills in the assigned area. Please note that this opportunity does not imply any employment or contractual relationship with the United Nations. All services will be provided on a voluntary and unpaid basis.

Task description
At OCHA Venezuela we are looking for one (2) Online Volunteer to, under the guidance of the Public Information Unit, design the template or template for two internal products. The first is an internal newsletter of a maximum of two pages to facilitate, improve and strengthen communication between the different coordination bodies that are part of the humanitarian architecture in the country that will be updated monthly. The second is an informative flyer with recommendations, already prepared, for the humanitarian community in an electoral context to be shared. The design must follow the brand image, the guidelines of which will be shared in advance, and must be done in a format that is easy to edit and share.
Requirements
Required experience
*Experience in graphic design, including editorial and visibility materials. *Have applications and/or design programs.
Languages
Spanish, Level: Fluent, Required
